Okay I don't work for their company or anything but I had to suggest Diet Power. It's a computer program that you enter all the food you eat and all the excercise you do and tell it how much weight you want to lose over what period of time, then it tells you exactly how many net calories (food minus excercise) you need to eat to lose just what you wanna lose. Then you weigh yourself everyday (this is kinda annoying I wish it had an option for weekly weigh ins) and it figures out your metabolism and adjusts your net calories accordingly. I'm nursing and it even takes that into consideration. And it gives you a score from A+ to F on your nutrition.

I was wondering if anyone else was using it and what their experiences had been. I used it before and it worked great. I lost 50 pounds. Then I went through some stuff and gained it all back but that wasn't the programs fault.
YW I hope y'all like it. I find that it helps me because if i lie to it about what i ate then it doesn't work right. I used to lie to my food journal all the time! ' Plus you can put in recipes...I have a few i though were healthy but had like 800 calories and gobs of fat per serving!
It's a great site! I love it! I love that I can put recipes and things in and all the foods I love. I know exactly how much potassium or whatever I'm getting and adjust my eating for it!
