Problem: I am the laziest person in the world so getting up to exercise is a huge struggle for me. High school was crap, I never belonged to a group I just had a few individual friends here and there and it didn't get any better when I started Uni so that lead to me being depressed and having to see a shrink. Also, night-time munchies and my love of carbs.

Plan/Way of Eating: Calorie counting with an iPod app, eating whatever I want (except really junky things like greasy fast food)
