I have tried WW a few times and had successfully lost 90 lbs. That was several years ago and like lots of us, have gained back approx 50 of it (ugh).
I'm hoping that I'll find some friends here to help motivate me - sometimes I feel so lost and disgusted and other times I think I CAN do this!!!

It grew difficult in junior high and high school where I found my self-esteem on shaky ground and went through bouts of slight weight fluctuations and depression.
