Hi everyone, 1moretime I hope you had a good vacation. Glad to hear you ate well.
I think I am going to try as best I can to post daily, like many of you do. I need to remind myself to what I am eating. I say I am going to eat right, not diet, just eat healthy but my compulsive behaviors sneak back in. Right now I am doing Slimfast for breakfast and lunch, then I am eating dinner and light snack. I have lost weight, but now if I eat lunch I feel so stuffed and uncomfortable. I started taking herbal supplements too, which I shouldn't be doing. All these little things could eventually lead back to bigger compulsions, but I have hard time doing things the "right" way. Today so far I have had 2 cans slimfast, water and iced tea, plus about 15 Pringles Right chips. I hope everyone is having a good day. It is beautiful here in PA and after work my youngest daughter and I went to the pool for about an hour to cool off. Summer is here! Let's all enjoy it.
