Just getting ready for my f2f meeting. I accept my 9 month chip today.

The Jennifer Garner, Keri Russell panel last night was a lot of fun.

Hi! I am really not trying to ignore the board this working everyday of the week is a real drag on my internet surfing time and work is in a constant state of being needy. Of course I am feeling a little needy myself today. I will try to stop by again today, but for now work calls

Hi all! just realized I haven't checked in today. I had a big report due to my boss yesterday and I'm so relieved that it's done!

We have severe weather here - always have it in the spring, but this is way too early. The sky is totally green! That's a bad sign. I hate tornadoes!

Eating is on target. I'm craving some binge foods, but don't have any, so I'm good for now.

Angi - If it makes you feel any better, we're under a tornado watch until tomorrow morning as well. I hate tornado weather. We don't have a basement, so every time the damn siren goes off we cram two adults, two teenagers, two dogs, and a cat in an 8x10 bathroom. Then, of course, one of the dogs inevitably farts...

I am doing fine....had a long talk with my sponsor last night after I realized I hadn't emailed her or phone her for seven days! She's really cool, though, so I didn't get too much of a talking-to. I told her that I was doing fine and it's easy for me to kind of just cruise along when I'm doing fine. She told me "Don't forget to pay your insurance." Boy, did that EVER make sense! And then the topic of last night's online meeting was ESH about why going back to your previous ways of eating is not an option. That helped get me back on track, too.

I overate tonight. Sort of set myself up for it. . . Not a binge, but a way too huge, giant meal.

And my gut is paying for it.

Frank delivered my pay check today and ask if I were afraid early this morning. He said at 1.30 a.m. a 55 mile an hour straight line wind came through. He said the wind sounded like a freight train. It took down three utility poles and some damage at one of the sub stations. The electric crew have been working all night still working. Me, I slept like a baby--didn't hear the heavy rain either. Poor Bud, this was his first major storm.

I haven't been doing to well with my food but I have cleansed the spirit so now I'm ready to start a new road to recovery. I will be turning my emotions and food over to the HP.--who is GOD.

Will talk more later
