Oy, I know the feeling! Hate that...
The only choice you have is to take care of yourself as well as you can for the moment, and not think too much about the next day. One day at a time, as they say. And not use your illness as an excuse to binge eat or whatever, although comforting one's self when sick is necessary in some form.
I know for me, if I push myself when I'm sick, it totally sets me back and just prolongs things. So, I don't know what to say about that since everyone's tolerance is different. In my case, I'm better off stopping completely until the storm has passed, but then it's hard to remotivate. Never an easy thing to decide.
