Yay! Great job. Hopefully as you continue to make better choices it will get easier and eventually become a habit to replace the old one to grab junk food.
I deal with depression too so I feel for you. It makes weight loss/dealing with overeating/trying to even get out of bed all the harder when you feel completely unmotivated and the only thing in the world that can bring you "up" is food. If you're not on an antidepressant maybe consider it? Honestly the only thing that works to energize me into action is (generic)Wellbutrin. I'd experimented with others that didn't work and take breaks here and there but starting Wellbutrin again recently, I found the energy to clean my room and closet for the first time in like a year.
