I just wanted to share that I started back with the calorie counting yesterday after fighting it for months. I felt awful yesterday, like I was starving and just wanted to give up
Today though, I'm feeling great! Had 700 calories so far today (trying to keep it at 1500) so I have plenty left, and I just came home from a half hour bike ride. I know it all seems so mundane, but I just feel so great already. Planning to go out tonight, I know the clothes I used to wear are going to be tight, but that's even more motivation to stay the course. I hope everyone is having a good day too!
