I just started my new lifestyle plan (Curves and a healthy meal plan) on Tuesday. I had been doing wonderfully until last night I ate 3 cookies and this morning 2. My roommate is a chef so there's so many temptations. I havent worked out today or yesterday and feel so awful. Today has been a good eating day. Are these cookies going to affect my jumpstart?
