Default Avoiding binging

You know you have issues when you only allow yourself to have food for the next meal available for consumption. Fortunately, I'm single and can do that. If it's here I'll eat it. If it's not, I can't. *sigh*

I'm like that too! I live with roommates so it's not so bad, they don't notice or question really.
Things I can't keep in my house are: hummus, crackers/chips, fruit, peanut butter, cold cereals...the list probably goes on! But if I have any of these near me, I will eat the entire box/container.

WE WILL REGAIN CONTROL OF OUR LIVES We will.
