I'm happy to say that I've been binge free for 4 complete days now!
I almost had a moment where I wanted to go buy chocolate, and probably more stuff, but I didn't! I didn't even buy a granola bar at the cash registrar when I was getting soup! I almost did, but I didn't.
Man, I've been so good with not having tempting foods and being disciplined lately. I hope I can keep this up!
How have you guys been doing? What stops you from taking that step and buying that trigger food of yours?
