days 6!! (goal is 14). So glad Valentine's is over, but have several "dinners out" planned with people next week, so we'll see how it goes (I have a plan for each of them, but sometimes sticking to it is so hard!)

Ohh man,
so, it's been a little while since I've posted on here.
I got back to school, and just lost motivation for coming on here, for trying...
So, I'm up 7 lbs, and annoyed with myself. But it is what it is, and I'm going to try again.
Not really any binges yesterday, but I did come close. And I did work 8 hours yesterday, plus a 15 minute jog... but that's no excuse to lose control (it is an excuse to treat myself, though!).
I'm just going to count today as Day 1 once I get through it (because I will!)
I can do this. I'm happy to be back here on 3FC, and I will not let myself down once again!!

Just wanted to offer my support to everyone! I have been taking a break from this board because sometimes it is actually a trigger for me, as crazy as that sounds. When I hear of other people slipping up and bingeing, sometimes I use that as an excuse to binge! I tell myself, they are bingeing -- I want to binge too! Crazy thinking, I know, but the mind works in crazy ways sometimes!!
PaintedPonies - you can do it! Just the fact that you're here is a big step!
KittyKatfan - 81 days is amazing!! When I see a gain and I've been eating on plan, I almost always disregard it, as it is most likely just a fluctuation since I've been eating within my range. Maybe you'll see a drop soon! And keep up the great exercise!
Danzingurl - sounds like your vacation was an overall success! Two slipups the entire vacation is great!!! And you balanced them out with lower cal days, which is another victory! I would definitely call your vacation an overall success!!

I'll be starting over tomorrow at day one, but that's ok. Work has been SUPER stressful and to "help out" our boss buys Valentino's Pizza and donuts almost every day. Today I gave in and ate WAY more than I should.

I've been eating really well actually, and haven't had any grains or sugar! Luckily I love all the other food I've been eating and it hasn't really been a problem at restaurants and stuff.
I have even lost a pound! I figure it's mostly water weight but that still means I'm doing something right. My goal was to stop binging and overeating but obviously I had hoped to maybe get on track to losing as well.
I'll be leaving my terribly stressful job in a couple weeks(for good), with a new guitar, some vibrams and a trip to a fancy hotel for a few days(sans sugar). I hope this break will be a great time to start walking frequently, really focusing on my eating and meditating. I am still taking college classes but it's basically a vacation until May! I'd like to form some strong habits during this time. Particularly the habit of not binging.
I hope you're all doing well!
I did want to mention I've had two crazy stare downs with a plate of fries and a plate of cupcakes. I won both times!

Yesterday was okay. I had a great workout in the morning, and did well for most of the day, until I got back to my room and ate cereal, chocolate, and peanut butter. I am on my period, so I think that's why I've been feeling extra hungry.
Today has been alright. Breakfast was good, and lunch was alright, I had 2 bowls of carrot soup, a hummus sandwich, and tons of veggies. The hummus sandwich wasn't necessary. I need to get out of the habit of getting seconds.
I can do this... Hopefully, it'll get a lot easier when my period isn't here to make me so hungry. (I'm usually fine with spending a couple days eating lots around my period, but because of how I've recently been eating, I can't justify eating extra right now...)
Good luck everyone! We can do this!!

85 days in now...almost done with Day 86!
Even saw a bit of weight loss. My official weigh in is next Tuesday so I will adjust my tracker then. Won't go down much but every bit counts.
Can't believe I have been on my weight loss journey for 19 months...

Ended up having a slight binge last night on a cookie cake my husband and I had. I didn't go too overboard but definitely went over my caloric goal so today was day 1 of being binge free again. I stayed OP and under my goal today, and I feel very good about continuing that daily!

I'm on day 6, but I'm even more proud that I have gone for 13 days with only one binge! Also, I'm back to 132.4 today, which is just slightly above where I was when I fell off the wagon a month ago. I'm going to eat at maintenance for awhile to try to stay on track.

Hi everyone, I posted here a while ago but then vanished.
I'm back now because I need to get a handle on my over-eating and hoping posting here will help.
I clocked 3808 calories for yesterday, last night was terrible, so I guess today is day 1 for me. So far so good, but haven't been exposed to any temptation yet so that's the easy part. There's always chocolates and sweets at work, and I've accepted I'll never be able to resist them entirely, so I have some little electronic scales that I intend to weigh everything on before I eat it, hoping this will allow me to just have 1 or 2 rather than 10 or 20. One day at a a time....

Hey everyone, I've been missing for a while, but don't worry -- it's not because I fell back into full-time binges. Last time I posted, I was stuck in a cycle of having one good day and then having a binge the next day, so I took some time to set myself straight. If I stay on track until Friday night, I'll be one week binge free!
So I guess that makes today the beginning of day five for me. Keep going everyone, no matter what day you're on! It's never too late to make today a good day.
