Usually by 8 or 8:30 because I get home from work so late.
I try not to overeat during the day, so I usually have calories leftover and if I have cravings or get hungry I'll eat at night. So I have no set time.
I'm doing intuitive eating, so I don't have a set time or a rule. But I find usually I stop after supper.... Except for once a week - after rugby training which finishes at 9pm, I'm often hungry after that.
