Default Need help- serious sugar cravings this week!!!

Hi!
Tomorrow marks the beginning of week nine of my healthy eating programme-but this last week , I've done awful! I have been back to my old ways, but I'm determined not to let it ruin all my hard work so far and I really want to get back to the programme but I've had some serious sugar cravings, and I just can't shift them unless I eat something sweet!
Does anyone have any advice they can give me so I can satisfy these cravings in a healthy way?!

Sometimes sugar cravings result from eating meals and snacks that have too many carbs but not enough fat or protein. You might make sure you're not eating snacks like a banana or low-fat yogurt without at least including some additional fat.

Also, if you're still skipping breakfast, your blood sugar could be dropping off by lunchtime, which will make you want to eat more later. If you're still not into breakfast, even a piece of cheese or a little peanut butter might help keep your blood sugar where you want it until lunchtime.
