i did have a little over-eating thing yesterday, but nothing that i feel TERRIBLE about.

the hunger is still kind of kicking around.

the funny thing is- i only crave the "bad" foods like ice cream and pizza and chocolate covered peanut m &ms when it's an emotional binge.

i think my body just like being in a deficit for more then a couple of days. i think i can't fully figure out my expenditures and when i come close, the calorie requirements are so high, that i am afraid to eat that high, eventually leading to this hunger.

I'm really the same way. Unless it's part of a binge, I honestly have no desire whatsoever to eat those kinds of things. Bowl of ice cream for dessert? No thanks any day. Couple gallons of ice cream? Oh yes.

Anyway, glad you are still doing OK!! I'm struggling myself today already lol.

I feel uncomfortable when I am hungry. I don't like the feeling, even if it is just a very mild hunger. Unfortunately, I confuse hunger with being not-full, so sometimes when I am just fine in the middle-- not really hungry or full-- I don't know what to do and have thoughts that bug me until I eat. Then I feel bad since I ate, usually late at night.

Sigh.
