A binging NSV....sort of!
Well I was feeling absolutely rubbish today, very down on myself and unhappy, and I found myself turning to food- as always! The thing is, in the past I would've gone and got a big portion of chips from the chippy, or loads of chocolate- but today I made up a big batch of hummus. I still ate way too much, but I guess I have realised that I have made a big difference to my outlook on food... my binge foods are better!
