Default In May I am not going to eat any...

Have you discovered there is food which is not good for you but which you find it hard to stop eating? This month I commit myself to not eating ANY cheese. And I said NO cheese.
What would you like to give up on?

I have given up dairy wheat and grains! Soooo hard because I love it all especially pasta. BUT after two weeks I am FIVE AND A HALF POUNDS LIGHTER!! I am feeling great and after a few days I didn't even crave these foods!

Good Luck on your mission!!

Cake! I really need to stop eating cake. Even "just a slice" with coffee, even wholewheat!

Meat! And I'm slowly cutting out dairy. I've got rid of all dairy except for my morning coffee cream (half and half).

I find it easier not to overheat if I avoid, cakes, rice pudding, well any kind of pudding but especially a combination of fruit, flour, sugar and fat. Anŷ kind of scones etc. So I will be avoiding the above!

Nothing is off limits. Definitely not buying pints of ice cream again though, between me and my boyfriend that Ben and Jerry's lasted a whopping three days!

I'm not eating any other meat than chicken and fish and I am trying to limit that as it is!

...after 8 p.m. Nothing's off limits and I have very few rules, but it's probably good for me to have a boundary or two.

Uh, bread! It's the worst thing I could eat, but I love it for some reason. I wish I'd never eat bread again!

Chips or pretzels! Because then I just munch on them all day until the bag is gone! I need to snack on fruit/veggies instead.
