So good to know we are keeping company! It's 27 days for me today, which I find utterly amazing. I don't crave for anything, and my only excess lately was eating two cups of grapes today for lunch --and nothing else, just the grapes! And then nothing throughout the whole afternoon, and for dinner chicken and nothing else... it's boring --food IS fun-- but empowering. By the end of January I will be giving myself a new nightgown as a reward. Let's keep going!

thanks missunshine! I am pretty lucky. The depressing part wasnt so much the weight as the out of control feeling I had and how difficult it is to get back on.. also how quickly my running mileage became so much harder! But things are looking up! 11 days woot woot!

inglesita- wow I can't believe your cravings are gone! mine are much less overwhelming now but that gives me hope that it might get a little easier the longer I keep it up? Congratulations on such a long streak! Wont it feel incredible to make it a full month?! and I love that idea for a reward!

anyways I hope to find everyone happy and healthy! we are stronger than overeating!

well, today was my "high calorie" day-- and I still went about 1,000 over- :'( I could EASILY keep going but I've got to stop this cycle.. feeling pretty down but tomorrow is a new day and another chance to be healthy! I looked back through my last two weeks and I think my calories were way too low for my activity. Crossing my fingers that this spike might even do me some good- but I hope everyone is doing well... everyone seems to have dissapeared!

I'm still here! I read that if you eat too little you are likely to binge, but I have not gone through that experience myself. If you get hungry you are likely to eat, yes... How much will always depend on what you are eating for, if to stop feeling hungry or to comfort yourself or to forget about something or to ... who knows. 29 days and going!

i was also eating too little this week but i wasn't aware...and last night i ate too much chocolate but i haven't eaten all day so i wasn't going over my calories.
danzigurl-don't beat yourself up. just keep going. you needed this calories and maybe it will only boost your sistem

i was really good the first two weeks of the new year, only b/c i tried to stay away from my moms house on the weekend. Moms mexican food is my weekness. So yesterday was the first weekend over and yes, mexican rice, charro beans, fajitas and sausage. and of couse tortillas. UGH! wend up three lbs this weekend~
