Default Proud of myself...for once

So today I was waiting for my 'job' to be dropped off. I care for a 3 year old. Her mom texted me asking if I wanted some lunch from...Wendy's. I was thinking a burger would taste soooo great. Then I thought...no, I shouldn't eat that. So I opted for a salad instead. Yay...a very small moment but proud of it.

Yea! It's those little victories that add up to reaching your goal. You should be proud. I remember the first time I decided not to eat when I knew full well that I wasn't hungry, just bored. I was so proud of myself for not stuffing my face. It can be very hard.

Good job!

Those small moments are how we win the war! They add up to the overall picture

Wonderful for you! Be proud. And remember the pride for the next decision you have to make like this.

Awesome! Good job making a good choice.

These choices definitely add up. And avoiding the burger, you probably prevented a binge!!!

Thanks all! Unfortunately last night had a burger...but didn't drink the soda and only had a medium fry. I guess that isn't great but I hardly ate yesterday and had worked all day. Today I have been busy cleaning/organizing/etc in hopes to burn some of it off. Lol

Well, having a burger and fries isn't the end of the world. As long as it fits into your overall plan/calorie range, it's probably not anything to be too concerned about. Good for you for not getting the large fry and not getting soda (that stuff's bad for so many reasons).
