December Binge Free Challenge: It's a Season for Control. Come Join.
Hello all, it is going on day 4 without a binge free challenge for December. So I decided to create one.
We can all overcome this month even though we will be tempted more than usual with the emotions of the holidays.

I'm feeling better now, but the past few days have not been good! I pulled myself together for dinner yesterday, and today will be day 1.
I'm trying hard to be intuitive, but I'm so used to eating at certain times rather than when I'm hungry.

i have been stuffing my face with with lots of junk food lately - I'm going to start eating only when i have hunger pangs. I've been eating way to many snacks.

Hey Jen TY for continuing our thread with all that U r dealing with.
Holidays & food ...I guess it could be worse & holidays were celebrated doing alligator wrestling, etc Sooo I'm going to enjoy the holiday foods I don't regularly eat, but in small portions.
Your baklava brought back happy memories of eating pastries from my European mother-inlaw TY

Haven't had a binge so far in December. Doing good so far!
I'm going to be baking a lot in the next few weeks...I have about 5 parties that I have to bring something to and desserts are my strong point...
I also make holiday candy each year. a variety white/milk chocolate covered pretzels and peanuts sprinkled with peppermint, butterfinger, toffee, butterscotch, or reeses peanut butter cups crushed up. I'm going to try not to sample too much of it...I make gift boxes for DH's and my coworkers.
This is going to be tough.

Day 1 here. Let's do this together this month. We can do it! If you've binged, start fresh instantly. I've been doing that & yes, still had a binge yesterday, but I've been picking up & moving on from it.

I don't really know if today is a binge day or not... I had a big breakfast. I was hungry, so I did eat a lot (maybe 800 calories...).
I've been grazing as lunch and dinner, so I guess that doesn't count? I'm doing pretty well with telling myself, "Oh, you don't need that" when it comes to being tempted to scoop my finger in the jar of peanut butter. That's an accomplishment... I guess I'll keep it at Day 1 though...

I would love to join in ! I will be starting as of now. I am a chronic binger, they say that it only takes 28 days to create a new habit. If I can go 28 days without a binge then I will believe in miracles

Tyla- It is definitely an accomplishment. I have to try to stay positive 
Hopefully I'll be able to get up to 105 days too...
Breakfast was great today. It was very clean. Lunch was fruit throughout the day, dinner was meant to be leftovers, but I wound up doing a little cooking. So I ate quite a bit while cooking (this is another problem I have to fix), a small bowl of what I made, and a small sweet potato. I feel full yet hungry still... I think I feel full because I drank so much water!
I have such an urge to go eat a granola bar or two, but I will not let my self. I won't, I won't, I won't!!
