two words; Skinny Cow! I found replacing binge foods with acceptable foods worked for me. I have dessert every night. Skinny cow and Smart ones desserts.. Skinny cow is yummy, just like ice cream and comes in individual servings so you CAN eat the whole container! This way if you have a loss of control and binge it is not so bad - only a couple hundred calories rather than thousands...
