desiresdestiny - Sorry to hear that, but it doesn't have to be a big deal. Nobody can be perfect 100% of the time, and once you're back on track for a little bit, the slip-up won't matter at all in the grand scheme of things. Hang in there!

Today is day 8 without a binge, but day 6 on-plan (calories-wise), so that's what I'm counting. Day 6.

Day 3 but I've been thinking rather than counting I'm gonna chech in everyday posting if I was binge free or not....helps with taking one moment at a time for me..... And tmr is nov 1st so perfect way to incorporate my plan!!!

Im back from a little absence but need this thread today! Couldnt let the neighborhood kiddes down and DH went and bought 2 huge baggies of all of the best candies... and we havent had enough trick or treaters! Today is day 7 and I know that if I can get over this week hump that it will be such a great motivation for me! So thanks for being here to help me stay accountable! I'm going to be so proud of myself tomorrow morning when I get through tonight without going nuts on candy!
