Boomerang, I'm soooo glad you're back!! Yes, I've learned the hard way that it is important to be flexible (although I'm still hard on myself when I go over 1 calorie! Isn't that insane? But I'm starting to learn to forgive myself). What you did was not that horrible. The fact that you came back after a couple of days is fantastic. This means you didn't like how you were behaving and feeling. Congrats to you for realizing this so soon. I've screwed up many times. So we're human. Let's stay strong together, because I don't like how I feel or look when I start regaining weight. And my confidence goes way down. Let's stay strong. WE CAN DO THIS. We shall make it to our goal. They say there's strength in numbers, so let's keep trying together. Let's never quit. I'm so glad you're back!!
Kernjamie, you're doing great! I bet you don't hear praise from your relatives, just negative remarks. Sounds like they're a little envious of your good eating habits. Keep up the great work! You're being a good role model to your children. (My relatives were always there with something negative to say, too. Keeps their minds off of themselves.)

I just realized I've been totally MIA! But I'm back, because fall is super hard for me. The cool weather and the cozy foods have made struggle, and I'll admit, a few times almost step over the edge. But I've luckily managed to stop myself. Plus, I have some pretty heavy school stress at the moment, so I'm working through that as well. Glad to be back!
