I've been on 3FC before and I'm back. I'm a carb/food addict who loves herself a binge. I've noticed my binges have now just deteriorated into large portion sizes of a regular meal. Occassionally, I go back to the standard binge though. I'm going to be 40 this year so I'm really stressing the weight these days. I'm looking for support. I've heard there's an OA forum somewhere on here. Is this it? Thanks! __________________
