I've always had a problem overeating, I don't stop when I'm full, i usually only stop when I feel miserable, but before I start eating its like a rush when I do get that first bite. Addiction runs in my family. I think I have an addiction to food, I find it very hard to go on a diet. Well I'm trying...but I would love advice from anyone, about learning to control this...
Hi there - I just rejoined 3FC and noticed your post so sorry to respond so late, but wanted you to know I'm a food addict and I feel your pain. You may want to read his book and get some help from a counselor to talk about any issues that may get you going toward food for stress relief. Good luck!
