When I get through today it will be 2 solid weeks! Yesterday wasn't the greatest, definitely had a binge crave lingering for awhile. I had a couple homemade cookies that I made (I usually never eat my baked goods), but I for some reason couldnt resist last night! I let myself give in to 'satisfy' whatever was going on. Of course, I wish I didn't but it was no where near a binge.
