I overate all weekend long. Conscious bad choices and having things when I know I shouldn't, etc. Tonight I ate almost 900 calories of chocolate. I think that counts as a binge. Back to Day 1 tomorrow.

I'm having some problems with the guy I've been seeing. I think it may be over, not sure just yet, but he's been canceling on me lately. Either he doesn't want to see me anymore, in which case it's over, or he can't figure out his schedule, which tortures me, in which case it's over. It's really sad, because I like him a lot, but I can't see someone who cancels on me so much. I've been thinking about how I'll cope when it does end--I WILL NOT BINGE. I just have to keep telling myself that.

It will not make me feel better. It will make me feel worse. I cannot let someone else ruin my progress. It is my choice, I'm in control of the situation. I can't control him, but I can control my own behavoir. I will not binge, no matter what happens.

Whew--had to get that out.

Day 38- Please make sure your body is getting all the nutrients it needs, cravings can come from a lack of vitamins & minerals your body needs. I added sodium & fat cause my blood test showed it was low, I don't have any craving to over eat anymore or for junk food. It's worth looking into!
