I'm on day 23. Kind of feel like I am hanging by a thread. It's hard because I am putting in a lot of work and MENTAL ENERGY to keep myself on track, and the process is slow, so I don't see any results yet... I know I just have to keep going... which is what I'm trying to do. Forced myself to come on this website because it always makes me feel better and inspired! So I can do this!!!
