Default No scale for 7 days in arrow challenge

I went ahead whit the idea I really love this. I have been WI my self every day and more that once a day .... actually i do not how many like every time i go to the washroom.

So I know we are addict to the scale so why no make a challenge.

* pick a day ( Wednesday for me )
*WI and put your scale away until next Wednesday.(or wherever your day is)
*then come here and post your number .
*repeat for 12 weeks.

except i'm trying to go till november 1st! So Monday November 1st will hopefully be my soonest weigh in. I'll come back here though and update on the difficulties or even successes. I'm excited to have a whole thread to talk about weighing in less frequently, especially since there are ones for weighing in everyday :0

I have had several emotional session with myself about the scale so my Official weighin day is Friday. I am going to try and stick to just Fridays. I was 351 today. blah at gaining a lb

Yep, mine is in the hallway closet. A good closet since I rarely go in there or think about it and its in the communal living area so the bf will see me if I grab it out.

Looks like I'm doing this challenge because the batteries on my scale died on me yesterday! ha So I'll wait a bit before I replace them. *crosses fingers nothing goes wrong*

oh boy is not weighing hard! i was weighing about twice a day, sometimes even 4 times (talk about obsessed!!). whenever i do good at all I want to weigh and see if theres a difference, i get so excited. but deep breaths, calm down--i just try to let it go. try to stop thinking about the number but concentrate on something else instead.

ok this might be TMI but I realized everytime I go to the bathroom in the morning I'm convinced I must have lost something and want to get one. This thread stopped me this morning....

Also think i'll be a little more focused so when I do get on I'll have good results.

I live with my family and what helps me is the scale is in my mom's master suite so I don't see it when I'm going to the bathroom. I've been doing not great recently so I want to check more often but I get way too obsessed. My weigh-in day is tuesday so I shall see how it goes!

I don't think I could hack this just yet. Getting on the scale each morning to see the numbers go down is the highlight of my day.

hey ladies how are we doing .... I am doing OK, but guess what ..... my DH is missing the scale jajajaj he was so use to pas by it and Wi , that he is missing .

We 2 more days for my WI .......

I feel like I'm going through withdrawl, but ok. I usually would have gotten on today to see if I did any damage over the weekend...sigh....sticking to this.

Hello all,

I will chime in here.and join you ladies on no scale challenge. its been almost 3 weeks that I have not weighed on my home scale..now am getting weighed when I visit my medical doctor,they have a digital...Last week, I lost 6 Lbs,,and this Thursday have a doctor visit...weigh in.

I love this being patient on weigh in..I like the surprise number when I go and weigh in for a length of time..

Good luck ladies..I will cheer you on!!
