I had a party for my dad's birthday yesterday and I told myself, "for dinner, I will just have various snacks so I can have some junk food without going overboard" and after I had enough to call it a small dinner I stayed away from the snacks all night I have never been able to go to a party with tons of food without eating my weight in the stuff.. So this is a huge step for me Weigh in day tomorrow and i'm not scared
Thanks everyone. I am also excited because I bought a size 12 summer dress to get into hopefully my mid July Sooo it's nice to not have to worry about working off what I already took care of before.
