I finished Day 3. Yes!
While my calorie count yesterday was above my expenditure etc, I can honestly say that I did not binge and that is the most important (and a triumph) to me.

Day 1 for me... I made it to day 5 though. I had a binge on some "baked" potato chips my roommate gave me... those things are so much more dangerous for me than regular potato chips!! Time to start again....
