okay I just about binged on a whole package of knorr creamy chicken noodles! I grabbed the carrots instead and put a little of dressing for dipping on the side. Im to my limit of calories for the day and I made myself a big glass of water to drink after and I WILL not step foot back in the kitchen. Im glad I came here 1st instead of making them stupid noodles..they still sound good but I will not let food get to my head again. I want what I want, not what my brain thinks and is use to. *Pickz water up*"cheers to the future ahead"
so much for my good attitude, I landed up binging and also eating ice cream! No worries, I will try again and know how bad I felt doing that. I had to admit it..I feel so guilty.
It will get easier! From my past experience(before I fell back into bad habits), the longer you go without bingeing the easier it gets. Just pick yourself up, dust off, and keep going!
