I have suffered from various eating disorders since I was about 16 years old, from anorexia to the current binge eating deal. I've never been bulimic, but I have definitely considered it after a big binge. Recently I have cracked down on myself and have managed to actually lose some weight without yo-yoing right back up again. My solution: surround yourself with DIET FOOD!! If you've only got diet food around then you're not going to be so quick to scarf down everything in sight! I buy Smart Ones and Lean Cuisine dinners, cans of tuna, etc, and the only "sweets" I have around are 100 calorie Right Bites and Weight Watchers ice cream. When I get hungry late at night I think to myself "well all there is in there is diet food, so I'm just gonna go to bed!" Or I'll grab a few pickles and eat them! On weight watchers you can eat as much GREEN STUFF as you want and it doesn't count for anything! PICKLES INCLUDED and I looove pickes!! I think I have finally found something that is actually gonna work for me long term!! YAY!!
