I've been binge free for one whole week! I'm super happy about this, since before the 1 week, because I was off the wagon for about 10 months before this. Whew! You can apparently get back on the horse. (too many metaphors, sorry)
I almost broke today, maybe there's something about Thursdays, I don't know...but I pulled through, had some popcorn (100 calorie smart pack) to get rid of the overwhelming urge to make an entire box of pasta, and now I'm okay. When I was eating my dinner, I didn't even finish everything on my plate because I was full! That hasn't happened in a long time (at least not when I'm eating alone, as I was tonight). I think I wouldn't have made it had I had the "bad" food in my house. Laziness helping in weight loss, who knew!?
