1 week binge free!
 

I've been binge free for one whole week! I'm super happy about this, since before the 1 week, because I was off the wagon for about 10 months before this. Whew! You can apparently get back on the horse. (too many metaphors, sorry)

I almost broke today, maybe there's something about Thursdays, I don't know...but I pulled through, had some popcorn (100 calorie smart pack) to get rid of the overwhelming urge to make an entire box of pasta, and now I'm okay. When I was eating my dinner, I didn't even finish everything on my plate because I was full! That hasn't happened in a long time (at least not when I'm eating alone, as I was tonight). I think I wouldn't have made it had I had the "bad" food in my house. Laziness helping in weight loss, who knew!?

Congrats on the week. My trigger day is Friday's but I have been doing so good I really want to make it through the weekend. On a side note this is my daughter's birthday weekend and I will be making a pina colada cake and cookie cake for her party :(

Pina colada cake--sounds dangerously yummy!

um..yeah..pina colada cake. I Love this coconut cream pie cake you make in the crockpot yes crockpot. It makes the cake so moist, and a lot less calories. I have a recipe book for the crockpot with it in there. And you use coconut pudding for the topping.

Congratulations!!! It feels good to actually feel full before your meal is finished! I'm so used to wiping my plate clean its terrible!
