Well Yesterday after posting my new 8 week goal-
To see a shrink for 8 weeks
Attened a 12 step meeting for 8 weeks
Talk to my accountabilty partner everday for 8 weeks
find a sponser
And write everything down that I put in my mouth
Also to keep a journal of my feelings
Well I thought it would be a good idea to go out to Dinner on Sunday. You know it is father's Day. One little treat couldnt hurt.(or could it)
I got into a argument with my husband why I THOUGHT it was a good idea.
Thank goodness It came to me. Could I be a FOOD ADDICT.Is this what people think and say when they want to fall off the wagon and make themselves feel better? Or so I think until I do it and then all the bad thoughts creep into my head.
He was right! (please dont share that with him )LOL
I feel better today, much more settled. Thanks and any advice how one get throught this difficult journey would help. Jenny
