I'm right there with you. I've done horribly with tracking and exercise this week, but got myself up today and exercised, then to the grocery store for all good choices.
I feel bad about it too, but I'm trying not to berate myself too much. It's a whole new healthy outlook in my life that I'm working on, and so far I've had more good days than bad. At least the scales (figuratively and actually) are tipping in the right direction.
