So, some of you know I have been travelling in Europe for the past month. I have managed to avoid sugar, juice, and flour based foods the whole trip!!! Cheese, fries, and rice have gotten me through it, but I am happy to say that I am two pounds lighter than when the trip started
I even turned down my father in law's homemade rice pudding last night.
Two pounds in a month may not seem like a big deal, but I have only been able to cook for myself twice the whole trip, so those two pounds are a big deal!!!
When I get home in a week and am no longer grazing I will be back on board in the binge free thread!!!!
