I am normally pretty well stocked up on healthy snacks, I love fruit so there is always something there when im hungry.
Binging isnt really about being hungry, its like some strange urge, I swear its like I am being possessed and have no control over it, its over so quick yet does so much damage to my body and my mental state.
I am trying to get better thou, this forum and all your kind comments definately helps
