I am just starting. I just had supper tonight, a small 350 Calorie small pot pie, Turkey and my taste buds wanted something Mexican and I almost opened a fast Mexican dinner when I noticed the calories a whooping 575 calories. That would of put me over my limit so I had some raw squash and light spinach dip which was great tasting, but I still want some Mexican food but that is just tuff because I have had my calories for the day.
