Still old and still new
 

sorry about the two posts. I realized I was logged in wrong when I didn't see my counters and only had one post on the post counter. Anyone know how to get rid of an old account? I accidentally have two. One I never used and the other I have.

This is what the post should say:
I've been on chicks for years. I even posted here a couple years back. Then I got pregnant and didn't think of myself as binging. (I'm really good at rationalizing). Now I'm trying to lose all the excess weight from my not-binging. I have two small children 3 and 1. One has multiple chronic medical issues. I'm an emotional eater and have eaten through my frustrations and helpless feelings about his struggles.

I'm a "newbie" here as well, and I've found it's a great place to get support. Whenever I feel and urge to binge, I come here and am inspired to resist. I'm sorry to hear about the stresses you're under, especially with your child. But we can all help each other learn healthier ways to cope. :hug:
