:hug: Welcome back. I was here a few years ago, too. And, like you, I have rationalized me eating. I have 3 kids, 15, 13, & 3. My two older babies live 1700 miles away with their father. I live in Sunny and beautiful Denver, CO with DH and 3 year old. Sometimes the stress of not seeing my older two is more than I can handle so I let the M&M's get the best of me. ::sigh:: But here I am, again and taking care of business!! The support here is AWESOME! So, cheers to you for coming back and taking control!
