I love WardHogs idea of trying for a binge free week.

If I count days I get to "I have been good for 4 days, I want to eat more today" .

Trying for a clear week is a better target for me.

hey all: I haven't binged, but am getting close. Have had a busy week, and very little sleep til now. All the deliveries happening at night, have a bit of a nap, try to get to the visits during part of the day, go to bed early, get interrupted.
The problem with this is I am eating crap!. Sweet things, bad carbs. I am not bingeing or overeating, just not eating well. Woke up this am, after a (finally) full nights sleep with terrible indigestion. Maybe that'll teach me.
Anyway, will get back on track this morning. Will go and work on my wii fit in a few minutes.

Hang in there everyone!! Ya'll are doing so good!! Day 10 here, almost didn't make it through last night. I bought M&M's for potty training rewards for my son (one at a time!) and of course stupid me bought the huge bag at Sams club. I mean REALLY?! A small bag would have sufficed! Why did I do this to myself? Now its a huge temptation. I ate some last night but I tracked it. Which resulted in my majorly hitting my WPA. Oh well, that should teach me huh?

Only woman, brilliant attitude! Well done for moving on.

I'm just posting for some accountability. Today I've been nibbling constantly, I havent binged per say, in fact several times I've been so tempted but havent given in. Now however I'm feeling rotten with guilt, which is stupid, because I know thats what leads to full on binges. So I've overate today.. big deal, I'm now just distracting myself with a book and aiming to stay binge-free for the rest of the day.

You're all doing a fantastic job, awesome inspiration.

I came close last night, but instead ate a sweet potato, probably was more than I should have eaten, but not too crazy. Today was harder, had a bad today and had to fight going to the grocery store and buying a box of cookies or chocolate. But I'm home now and fought the temptation.....so far so good.

It's the beginning of day 4 here , 3 gone another 4 to go, almost half of the way.
In a little while I'm going to get ready for work, will report again tonight....wish a good day to everyone.

Did much better yesterday after most of a nights sleep. As I said I woke up with indigestion yesterday, so only had a light breakfast, so was starving by 11 am, and hadn't packed a lunch. But did I eat the cookies and chocolate at work, brought in by loving co-workers? I did not, went to the grocer and bought a lean cuisine. Got home at 4 ravenous again, so had a small dish of ww spaghetti with low fat meatballs. Slept for 2 hours. Got up and enjoyed time with the family, had another small healthy meal, and got a full nights sleep. No indigestion.
Yesterday on weigh in, I went from obese to overweight!!!
Keep it up everyone. I am so inspired by you women

No binging but not healthy eating yesterday! Today will be better, I went to the store last night so my kitchen is stocked with healthy choices. Oh, and day 11 here.
