Hi everyone. I just thought I would introduce myself. I've been a binge/bordom eater most of my life and after having my first child just two months ago, I am ready to get my life under control and learn good habits to pass onto my son.

You guys all seem so supportive and I'm hoping this will help me change my lifestyle and get my weight under control.

I ran into this forum just today while googling a recipe, lol! I have read some posts, and I am so thankful to have found the forum. I have also been a binge eater for a long time, from about 10yo. I went through a few years of bulimia, but that is behind me now.

Congrats on your son!

Hi everyone!!
I'm new too. Have been a member for a while but haven't logged in for months.
I'm having a tough time facing up to my problems with food but it's great to have this resource for support and understanding. Also hoping to get my bingeing under control and my life back on track..one day at a time!

If you are able to breastfeed, you will be doing a lot to help yourself lose the weight. Remember to only drink water, not juice or soda, when nursing.
Get out with a good bouncy stroller everyday with your tot, and that will help a lot.
best of luck with making healthy changes, you are worth it!
