Rocknroll- i know what you mean by the " screaming ". Mine has been pretty quiet recently, but ignoring " her " is hard. Caught between wanting to restrict so badly, and knowing that when i do, " she " will start up again. Man, i hate that ED voice, but have not yet found a way to get rid of it completely.
There is no purging, though. Been a long time since i did that. Not saying there haven't been times when i've really wanted to...but i just suck it up and deal with it. If i binged to the point of bursting, it's my own fault and i know purging will just be the start of something worse.
