Hi all,
Well, I am happy to report that I am on my fourth binge-free day, after a month of bingeing 3-4 times per week. And for the first time in awhile, I feel like I'm not hanging on for dear life to avoid a binge. I put on 5 or 6 pounds over this month, and the scale was down a pound this morning! (I weigh in once a week) At least I'm back to moving in the right direction
Just wanted to share this small success
