  • Hi Robin I'll start the exercising thread for Nov.

    You can copy and paste this form and than every day you can enter what exercise you did for the day. Its easier to remember what # your on the thread than typing it in every day. I picked this up from the SBD section of the 3 fat chicks. What do you think?????????Should we use this???????Its up to you as you usually take care of this thread.

  • I like this....make you see exactly what you missed, and how well you are sticking to your workouts!

    November 1 - installation (major upper body workout)
    2 - 2mile walk

    3 - cleaned out attic/painting

    4 - painting

    5 -nuthin' didnt even paint

    6 - Start BFL workouts did a 30 min walk, and shoulders.

    7 -Cardio today

    8 -rest day

    9 -last of the painting in the attic, many many many flights of stairs (knee was very sore!) Cleaning the entire house cuz mom is coming to visit!

    10 -moving furniture up and down into and out of the attic....got my new office together (knee was extremely sore and swollen)

    11 - walked 2 miles (at least)......went to see Trace Adkins in Rochester Awesome Concert!! dontcha just love that guy

    12 - absolutely nothing!!!!

  • I reallly like this exercise thread. I look at it and decide that I don't want to skip a day and have a blank. Keeps me more faithful with the exercise.

  • NTL, if you just hit the edit button each day, you can add your new days exercise without having to repaste it everyday. Hope that helps. That is what I do.
  • lol....I'm not going to start the whole month worth of dates...just going to mention I did 1 mile WATP today Better late start than never. Hoping to be able to start filling in my own dates
