Question What Low Carb Plan Are You On? (just curious)

Hi all low carbers out there, I know there are a several low carb plans, but I wonder what everyone here is following.

I'm following Atkins' 2002 and the first time was Atkins 2000, so I'm learining the differences

How about you? Thanks.

Using the Atkins 2002 plan, just with whole foods and nothing processed.

I'm on the Atkins Plan, I think its the 2002 plan also.

I'm not in the induction anymore,so I'm just being careful with my carbs.Have the Atkins carb counter and that what I go by.

Atkins 2002 with a bit of tweaking. I've been on Atkins for nearly 2 ½ years, I've recently added low carb/low sugar yogurt as well as a small amount of almonds. I normally keep my daily carb count at 20-25. Seems to work well for me

All the best to you!
