Foggy head feeling on induction?
 

I've just started Atkins. I'm feeling pretty foggy headed, which I think is probably normal...but wanted to ask if anyone else felt foggy headed at first and how long did it last?

What were your induction symptoms if you don't mind sharing and how long should I expect this to last??

Hi Marilyn, Welcome! I usually get headaches and will sometimes feel dizzy for the first two or three days and then everything evens out for me.

Hi and welcome. The only symptom for me during inductions was very grouchy. I kind of hid out for a few days til it went away.

It's because of the great reduction in carbs.

It's a normal reaction. I've gone through the headaches. Being tired. Occassional dizzy spells. Did I mention headaches? :lol: They go away. Mine was a double dose of carb & caffeine withdrawal. This time it's carb withdrawals and then I'll give up the soda.
