30 minutes treadmill

Brenda - you"d be suprised how fast it adds up! if your muscles are aching today, you've been working them! Just try to get in about30 minutes . it doesn't always have to be cardio type stuff. someday's I get a workout just cleaning my house. If you have a pool do some water exercises they don't feel like much at all when you do it but you do get results!
good luck

Lillybelle, Yes I read your post on weekly chat. I really hope you are feeling better soon. That is such a bummer. You've come so far and finally felt good!
Just take it easy and take care of yourself!

Wow You go girl!
Is that on a treadmill? If so how long does it take you to do 2 miles?

Just wondering. I just got down to 2 miles under 30 minutes. I know that's not great but it's getting better. I run 1/2 mile then walk 1/2 mile and repeat.

I could do 4 miles in 65 minutes which I'm working on too!

anyway, today 40 minutes treadmill and 30 minutes swimming exercising.
